History
The Lampass is a textured fabric. It comes from the French term lampas. Being Known since the tenth century, it was widespread in the sixteenth century, and today they order us above all to transmit the historical value of residences and ancient residences.
The characteristic of the lampas is that it needs two warps, one for the background weave, which can be satin, canvas or twill, and one for binding that serves to stop the weaves that create the design (whether they are background, brocade or launched).
